If you’re planning to escape Erie’s cold and enjoy some warmer weather this winter season, don’t forget to let us know your temporary address in writing. Tendto doesn’t automatically forward statements or other mail, so be sure to drop off, mail, or fax your updated information. Once we receive it, we’ll make sure your statements reach you while you’re away.
A few weeks before you return home, notify us again so we can switch your records back to your permanent address.
Also, if you have a vehicle, motorcycle, or RV loan and plan to store your vehicle or adjust your insurance coverage, please contact us first. Without notification, force-placed insurance could be added to your loan premium.
