Alert - Updated 02/11/21 at 9:45 AM: At Tendto Credit Union, we are committed to the health and safety of our members, team members and community.

Effective Monday, February 8, 2021, all Tendto branch lobbies and drive-thrus are open normal business hours.

Tendto team members are available to help with new account opening, loans or any other financial business that can't be performed through the drive-thru. Masks will be required to enter the branch and must be worn the entire time. Branch access will be at limited capacity and social distancing is required. We kindly ask that you do not visit a branch if you are sick or have recently been sick.

In an effort to keep our members, team members & community safe, we encourage you to use the drive-thru when possible.

You can access your accounts by logging in or enrolling for online or mobile banking. Our Online Services allow you to check your account balances, transfer money between accounts, deposit checks remotely and pay your bills without the need to visit a branch. More information is available here.

We would like to take this time to remind you to watch out for scams, including fraudulent phone calls, emails and text messages. Click here for information on current scams and learn how to protect yourself. We encourage you to check your account history regularly. If you notice any suspicious account activity, please contact the credit union immediately. We would also like to remind you that we would never contact you by phone or e-mail and ask you to verify card, personal or online banking log-in information. Never give this information out.

Tendto is prepared to help you, our member, during difficult times such as these. If you have been financially impacted due to the Coronavirus, please contact a team member at 814.455.6400 and ask about our other COVID-19 financial assistance programs.
