Mobile Banking


Our Mobile App, Mobile Alerts and Text Banking offer secure and convenient ways to access your Tendto accounts anytime, anywhere using your mobile device.

Mobile App

We're with you wherever you are.

The Tendto Mobile Banking app offers all of the tools you need to manage your finances from your fingertips. To begin using our mobile app, check out these instructions and download the app from the App Store or on Google Play today. To use the app, you will need to be enrolled in Online Banking – which can be done either online or through the mobile app.

  • Deposit checks anytime, anywhere with Remote Deposit Capture*


*Remote Deposit Capture eligibility requires credit union approval. Complete an application and submit it to any credit union representative to gain access.

Mobile Alerts

Avoid surprises and unwanted fees with text message alerts sent right to your phone.

With Mobile Alerts**, you can stay on top of your finances, deter fraud, receive account alerts and more.

To enable Mobile Alerts, you must first enroll for them through Online Banking in the Self Service tab, Mobile Banking or by speaking to a Tendto team member. You will need to input your mobile phone number and service provider.

After receiving a Mobile Alert, you can proceed with Text Banking directly back to the number the alert is received from – 61802. Make sure to save the 5 digit code as a contact for future reference.

Be Alerted When:

  • You have gone above or below a pre-determined balance
  • Specific account activity has occurred
  • A transaction above or below a specified level has posted
  • Your loan payment is past due


Text Banking

Text Banking is the easiest way to access your accounts.

Whether you have a smartphone or not, you will have access to your accounts in an instant.

To get access to Text Banking**, you must have your phone set up for Mobile Alerts - even if you do not receive Mobile Alerts. You can set up your phone for Mobile Alerts through Online Banking in the Self Service tab, Mobile Banking or by speaking to a Tendto team member.

To begin using Text Banking, simply text MENU to our 5 digit code – 61802. Make sure to save the code as a contact for future reference.

Once activated, follow a few easy-to-use commands, and you’ll have access to balances and transaction histories. You will also be able to make payments and transfer money within your account.
